The Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) includes more than 3000 scholarly, peer-reviewed journals available on the web. One may search by keyword, journal title, or subject. Access to all the articles is free. This is a useful resource for locating materials not otherwise found in more common sources.  The DOAJ is international in scope.
